- Turn off Ad Block and Data Saver. The download button does not show with them on.
- Tap Download Video.
- If a pop-up or new tab opens, close it, come back to this page and tap Download again. It can take a few tries before the download starts.
- Use Chrome or Firefox, not the browser inside Telegram, WhatsApp or Facebook.
- Play with VLC Media Player. Some videos have subtitle tracks inside: in VLC open Subtitle → Sub Track and pick one.
- Downloaded the subtitle? Keep it in the same folder as the video with the same name.
